My name is Mr. Rainbow Man. I have magic in my hands. The lellow one shoots out suns. The blue one shoots out wind. The white does icing. The green one shoots out frogs.

We went to that, mom what kind of place was it? Oh, the zonzes festival.
I think I am very cool with that sword.
My sword is so cool.
I whack and have a sword fight.

I am very, very high.
I was very, very high, and I almost did a flip.
This is what I do when I jump upside down with all my heart.
I'm not scared.

This was gross when he ate the mud.
He did like a flip, threw it in the sky and ate it.
Then, they jumped in the mud with his head.

That was weird when he was eating my boody.
He was trying to eat it.

Those Poor Firemen

Last Friday, we went on a field trip to the College Station Fire Department. Before we were leaving, I suggested that maybe Hayden should take off his Spider Man costume. He declined. I then said, "Hayden, why don't you wear your cool fire man costume, since that's where we are going...to the fire station." He looked at me as if I had lost my mind and politely said, "No Mom." And then he walked down the hall shaking his head like he had just had an encouter with a lunatic.

So...this is my child...this is what he does...this is who he is. He's Spider Man the Fire Man.

Also...note Anson in this picture...SO RESPONSIBLE, holding Justus on the fire truck with out anyone asking him to do this.

Could there be two more different people living in our home?

Tiny Muscles

So, it's Monday morning...I call Anson and Hayden to the dining room table to figure out what they are doing for AWANA this week. Anson is sitting there looking through his book (figuring out his new, weekly goal is a HUGE big deal to him). Hayden is supposed to be coloring his new pages in his AWANA book. While Anson and I are coming up with a plan for the week, we look over and Hayden has made this little dumbbell out of some left over snack he found in his Cubbies bag. I look over at him, trying not to laugh and say, "Hayden, what are you doing?" He then says, in a super tiny voice...like he's straining to pick up something heavy...

"I'm getting tiny muscles."

Even Anson, who is normally NOT amused by his little brother's inability to stay on task said, "Hayden, you are so funny."

He is so funny.
